  • Year to Date – All points earned since July 1st

Combine this with incentives – "students who earn more than 20 points by Friday get extra recess!"

View Points by "All Teachers" or "Just Me"

View only Points given by you by clicking on the three dots in the top, right corner and selecting "Display settings". When the menu opens to the left, click on the "Just Me" option.

LiveSchool defaults to show points awarded to students by all teachers, which is great to get a glimpse of how a student's day is going as they move from class to class.

You can choose to view points awarded by just you by clicking the More button (3 dots) in the top righter corner, then selecting Display settings. Choose Just Me under "Show points given by" and you'll only see points awarded by you.

Viewing and Undoing Points with Timeline

From the Points screen, click the more option in the top, right corner and select Timeline.

Steps to Undo a Point

  1. Click the Student you need to undo points for

  2. Click the More button (3 dots)

  3. Select Timeline

  4. Click the red X

  5. Confirm you'd like to delete the point

First click More (3 dots) > Timeline to access Timeline, a chronological list of points great for undoing points, viewing a student's points for the day, and more.

Timeline can be filtered to help you dig into your data, and clicking More > Timeline provides a filtered Timeline only showing points you’ve recorded for students in the roster that’s selected.

Undo any of the points you’ve recorded by clicking the red X.

You can also view a specific Student Timeline, which is filtered to only show points and comments awarded to a specific student. Just select a student before clicking More > Timeline, and Timeline will show points for that student only, recorded by any teacher – great for getting an idea of how a student’s day is going.

Dashboard – an Overview of Points

From the Points screen, click the three dots for more and then select Dashboard. This will show you the Dashboard for the Roster you're displaying on the Points screen.

A Dashboard provides a graph of points over time, and info on top students, behaviors, and rewards.

First click More (3 dots) > Dashboard to view a Roster Dashboard - an overview of the points students in the roster have earned.

You can view a Student Dashboard too – showing an overview of points a student has earned from all teachers. Select the student before clicking More (3 dots) > Dashboard to view that Student’s Dashboard.

All of the students and behaviors on a Dashboard are clickable. Clicking a student or behavior will show you Timeline, but filtered for the student or behavior that you clicked on.
