From the Student Setup Screen, click on Manage Access and then Change Password.

Before resetting a student or parent password, we suggest confirming the spelling and format of the email address entered in the system. It's also important to check for accidental spaces included before or after the email address.


Steps to Change a Student's or Parent's Password

  1. Go to Setup from the Main Menu

  2. Click Students

  3. Click "Manage Access" on the student for which you'd like to change their or their parent's password.

  4. Click "Change Password" and enter a new password to change the student's or parent's password.
