Look Up a Parent's or Student's Email Address

Find what parent or student email is linked to a student's LiveSchool account.

Go to Setup > Student and then click on the student name to view emails used for both the student and the parent.

Steps to Look Up a Student or Parent Email Address

  1. Go to Setup

  2. Click Students

  3. Click on the student's name to display the Student Details page

  4. The student's and parent's email will be listed under their name (if they've created an account)
