Change a Student's or Parent's Password (For Educators)

Before resetting a student or parent password, we suggest confirming the spelling and format of the email address entered in the system. It's also important to check for accidental spaces included before or after the email address.

Go to Setup > Student and then click on the student name to reset passwords for both the student and the parent.

Steps to Change a Student's or Parent's Password

Go to Setup
Click Students
Click on the student's name to display the Student Details page
Click "Reset Password" and enter a new password to change the student's or parent's password.
