If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself:
Go to my.liveschoolapp.com.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address on your LiveSchool account and submit.
You will get an email from support@liveschoolinc.com. Click the link inside.
Enter your new password twice and save.
Your password needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first. Some school and district mail filters also block outside senders, so it is worth asking your school to allow mail from liveschoolinc.com.
Still having trouble? A staff member at your student's school can change your email or password for you. Point them to Managing Student and Parent Access.
