Step 1: Click the "Forgot Password" link
Even if you typically sign in with a Clever account, using the Forgot Password link will still allow you to access your account outside of Clever at https://liveschoolapp.com/#/login. This is a helpful workaround if Clever is offline.
Step 2: Enter your email address and click "Send Email"
Step 3: Check your email for the link or more information

Note that this email will come from support@liveschoolinc.com. If you don't see this email:
please check your Spam folder
check your email address for typos
make sure no extra spaces were accidentally entered in the front or back of your email
consider other email addresses you have associated with your school
This link will expire in a few hours.
Error Message
If your email address is not in our system, you'll receive the following message. If you get this message we suggest:
considering other emails that could be associated to your LiveSchool account
ask your Site Leader if your account could have been removed for any reason
reach out to support@liveschoolinc.com for more information
Step 4: Create a new password
You'll automatically be taken into LiveSchool to create a new password.
