Access Account Options
Click your initials or profile picture, or the menu icon on a mobile device, to open options for your account.
On this screen, you can:
set a profile image
sync a device
edit your profile including the title that shows for your LiveSchool account
change your password
logout
access additional support options
Editing Your Profile
After accessing your account options, click "Edit Profile" to change your title.
Use the dropdown menu to choose the appropriate title:
Click "Save" when finished to update your title:
Changing Your Password
After accessing your account options, click "Change Password" to set a new password.
Enter your current password and the new password, then click "Save."
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password?" from the Login Screen:
Enter your email and click "Send Email."
Check your inbox (or spam/promotions folder) for the forgot password email from support@liveschoolinc.com and use the link to reset your password.
If an incorrect email was entered, or one not associated with a LiveSchool account, a list of suggestions will be sent to your email for further troubleshooting.

Logging Out of Your Account
To prevent unauthorized use of your account, log out when sharing your device.
Find this option under "Account Options."
