We're thrilled to have you as LiveSchool partners and understand that keeping your LiveSchool site active is essential to your success, so we want to make the renewal process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Renewal Quote
Near the end of your current subscription period, you'll receive a renewal quote via email from our team. This quote outlines the cost of renewing your subscription for another period, as well as any additional features or services you may be interested in adding to your subscription. The quote will include details such as the total cost, the number of staff members that will have access to LiveSchool, and the start and end dates of the renewal period. Please review the quote carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Step 2: Purchase Order
If you decide to renew your subscription, you'll need to generate a purchase order (PO) using your company's internal procurement system. The PO should include the cost of the renewal as specified in the quote, along with any additional items you wish to purchase. Once you've created the PO, please email it to our team at support@liveschool.com. We'll process the PO and prepare the invoice for you.
Step 3: Invoice
Once we've received your PO, we'll generate an invoice and send it to you via email. The invoice will include the details of your renewal, such as the start and end dates of the new subscription period, as well as any additional items you've requested. Please review the invoice carefully and let us know if you have any questions or if any changes need to be made.
Step 4: Payment
Once you've reviewed and approved the invoice, you can submit payment via your preferred method. We accept several forms of payment, including credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. For more information, please see Payment Information.
That's it! We hope this guide has helped clarify the renewal process for you. As always, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@liveschool.com if you have any questions or concerns.
