To print Roster lists, you first need to navigate to Scoreboards. You can do this by clicking on Insights, then Scoreboards, and lastly Students.

From the Student Scoreboard, use the Roster Picker to switch to the Roster you'd like to print. Click Download in the bottom, right corner to download the CSV of the students on that Roster.
