Once a student is deleted from the LiveSchool system, their Points and the history of their Points transactions will be removed.

House Points

Any Points a student has contributed to the House will be removed from the House upon removal. You can note the balance of Points the student has contributed and add them back to the "House Student". If your House Points Competition start date doesn't match "Year to Date" set a custom timeframe and capture that Earned balance.

Note the Earned amount set to the correct timeframe.

Reports to Download

We suggest downloading two different reports prior to deleting a student from the LiveSchool system.

Student Dashboard

Go to Insights > Dashboards > Students and select the correct student in the top, left corner. Set a custom timeframe in the top, right corner to match the student's dates of enrollment. Click Download in the bottom, right corner.

Set a custom timeframe in the top, right corner and click download in the bottom, right corner.

Printables

Select Printables from the Main Menu and edit the Date Range to match the student's dates of enrollment and select the student.

Set a date range and students.

Access Data after a Student is Unenrolled

Once a student is withdrawn from the LiveSchool system, their data will not appear on the reports pulled in Insights. However, their transaction history is still accessible via our Points Logs, including the behavior and any associated comment.

Points Logs are downloadable by CSV.

To access Points Logs go to Setup > Site > Points Logs. The last 12 months of reports will be available for download. Any month with unrecorded Points will be absent from the list.

Points Logs can be downloaded by month.
