When a student is withdrawn from the LiveSchool system, their data is still available on the Timeline. However, you cannot search or filter for their name. Instead, you'll need to download the entire Timeline and filter the name column in the CSV file.

Points Logs also display a historical record of all transactions at your site. To access Points Logs, go to the left-hand menu, click Reports, and then Points Logs. The last 12 months of reports will be available for download. Any month with unrecorded Points will be absent from the list.
