Points Logs can only be accessed by those with Admin permissions.
Once a student is withdrawn from the LiveSchool system, their data will not appear on the reports pulled in Insights. However, their transaction history is still accessible via our Points Logs, including the behavior and any associated comment.
To access Points Logs go to Setup > Site > Points Logs. The last 12 months of reports will be available for download. Any month with unrecorded Points will be absent from the list.
