Keeping your Behavior Rubric and Rewards Menu updated and relevant is key to the successful utilization of LiveSchool.
It's also important to know that deleting Behaviors and Rewards from your site can change the appearance of data throughout the app. It will still appear accurately in all student- and parent-facing views, but it is no longer filterable. Specifically, for Rewards, we suggest archiving instead of deleting, for ease of access to Rewards data.

How to Delete Behaviors from Your Behavior Rubric
Navigate to the Edit Rubric screen by clicking on Setup and scroll down to "Edit Behavior Rubric".
On the Edit Rubric screen, click the Red X next to the category or behavior you wish to delete.
Data Changes:
Students will not lose any Points when Behaviors and Categories are deleted.
Deleted Behaviors will show their original name on the Timeline, Points Logs, Recaps, and Printables
Deleted Behaviors will be labeled as "Deleted Item" on all Dashboards
Deleted Behaviors will not appear on the Behavior Scoreboard
Deleted Behaviors will not be filterable in Timeline or Scoreboards.
If all Behaviors are deleted, you must add new ones before logging out. A blank Rubric prevents logging into LiveSchool.
How to Delete or Archive Rewards from Your Rewards Menu
Navigate to the Rewards Menu screen by clicking on Setup and scroll down to "Edit Reward Menu".
On the Edit Menu screen, click the Red X next to Reward you wish to delete. You can also click on the Reward to see the edit option and simply Archive the Reward. This will allow the Reward to still appear on all reports and throughout the app, but makes it unavailable for purchase.
Data Changes:
Students will not earn back any Points if a Reward is deleted.
Deleted Rewards will show their original name on the Timeline, Points Logs, Recaps, and Printables
Deleted Rewards will be labeled as "Deleted Item" on all Dashboards
Deleted Rewards will not appear on the Rewards Scoreboard
Deleted Rewards will not be filterable in Timeline
