Only Admin users can edit the Rewards Menu.
Open "Edit Rewards Store"
On the Setup menu, scroll down to the Rewards section and click on "Edit Rewards Store". If this is your first time creating your Rewards Store, review the current categories and Rewards and click the red x on each default Reward or Reward category.
At least one category will need to remain in the LiveSchool Reward Store at all times. Either rename the default categories or create an additional category first.
Decide on Rewards Categories
Two default categories will appear in LiveSchool. The first is "Classroom Rewards". This category allows you to leave generically named Rewards for teachers to use with their individualized Classroom Stores.
The second default category is "School Store". This category is meant to be used school-wide, for a whole-school store, including events and privileges.
Category Ideas
Each school can utilize categories in its own way. Some ideas we've seen are categories organized by
Grade Level
Staff only
Sorted by item, event, or privilege
Each category can be hidden by groups that will not be utilizing that Reward category.
Create Rewards
After you've created your categories, click the "New Reward" button in each category, add the Reward details, and save! Only the Reward name will be visible in app, but students will see the Reward description on Recaps.
