An Access Sheet gives each student their own page with a QR code and a signup code on it. Send it home, and families scan it to create their account. You can print them for one roster, a whole grade, or your entire school.
Print from Students & Families
This is the best way to print a batch, and it is the only place you can choose a language.
Go to Students & Families > Access Sheets, then:
Language. Pick the language families read at home. English is selected by default.
Student Selection. Choose Select students, Grade/roster, or Whole school.
Click Print Access Sheets.
Sheets come out grouped by roster, so teachers can hand them out in class.
Printing in another language
Access Sheets print in 21 languages: English, Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Haitian Creole, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Somali, Swahili, Tagalog, Urdu, and Vietnamese.
The language you pick applies to the whole print run. If your school needs sheets in more than one language, print one batch per language.
Families can also choose their own language when they sign up, so the parent account and the app will match the sheet you sent home.
Don't see your language? Reach out to support@liveschoolinc.com, and we'll do our best to help.
Quick print from the Points screen
If you just need one roster in a hurry, you can print from the Points screen instead.
Open the Roster Picker, click the three dots on the Roster you'd like to print the Access Sheets for, and select "Access Sheets".
This shortcut always prints in English. To choose a language, use Students & Families > Access Sheets above.
