When you set up Houses, you choose how students are sorted into them:
Sort for Me randomly assigns students across your Houses, balanced by grade level
Import CSV uses a spreadsheet of student-to-House assignments
Use Rosters/Grades connects an existing roster or a whole grade level to a House
If your Houses are connected to rosters or grades, students joining those groups pick up a House automatically. If you sorted students individually or imported a list, new students will need to be assigned to a House manually.
To see a list of students who are not yet in a House, download your House List. Go to House Points > Houses and click Download. Students without a House appear at the top of the file.
If a student is showing two/multiple Houses next to their name, that means that their points are going to BOTH of the Houses.
If a student does not show a current House or if they are in multiple Houses, you can adjust them using these directions.
