Are you looking to print out a behavior report for a specific student to include in their cumulative file? This guide will walk you through the process step by step:

  1. Identify the Student: Start by selecting the student for whom you want to generate the behavior report.

  2. Open the Timeline: Once you've selected the student, open the timeline feature. The timeline will automatically filter to display only the behaviors associated with that particular student.

  3. Further Filter the Timeline: To refine the report, you can apply additional filters. For example, you may choose to view only demerits received by the student. You can also specify the time frame, such as behaviors received within the current week, today, or yesterday.

  4. Download the Report: Once you have the desired report, you can download it as a CSV file. This file contains all the relevant information about the student's behavior.

  5. Print: Print out the report and add it to the student's cumulative file for record-keeping purposes.

Following these steps will help you generate a detailed behavior report for a student, which can be valuable for tracking their progress and maintaining accurate records.
