Do you have a spreadsheet of family email addresses and want to get everyone signed up at once? You can upload that spreadsheet directly into LiveSchool to connect them with their students automatically.
Step 1: Import your family emails
Find Students & Families > Overview in the left-side menu.
Click Import in the top right to import a CSV file of your family email addresses.
Download the template, fill in your data, then upload it back:
Step 2: Invite Families
On the Students & Families > Overview screen, click on the "Invite X Families" button to send an email to all imported family email addresses that invites them to connect to their students.
You can also see a preview of the email that will be sent from LiveSchool by clicking "See Preview":
Prefer to send codes home on paper?
Go to Students & Families, then Access Sheets. Each sheet has one student's Access Code, a QR code, and signup instructions, ready to print and send home. This works even if you do not have any family email addresses.
Use the Language picker at the top of the page to print the sheets in the language families read at home. There are 21 to choose from, including Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, and Somali.
To print for just the families who have not signed up yet, choose Onply Print Students who... and choose the option "Have 0 connected family members."
