Click the "Forgot Password" link
Note: even if you typically sign in with a Clever account, using the Forgot Password link will still allow you to access your account outside. This is a helpful workaround if Clever is offline.
Enter your email address and click "Send Email"
If you see a “We can't find that account..." message, your email is not currently connected to a LiveSchool accounts. Please ensure there are no typos in your email address, or have your LiveSchool admin add you.
Check your email and click the link in the "Reset Your Password" email from LiveSchool
Note that this email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don't see this email, please check your Spam folder. Note that this link expires after a few hours.
Create a new password
Create a new password. You'll automatically be taken into LiveSchool.
If the steps above don't help you resolve your log in issues, please do the following:
Reach out to your school's LiveSchool admin, who can check your account and even reset your password for you.
