Editing a Reward's Fulfillment Status

Change the state of a Reward to indicate what is fulfilled and what's left to be fulfilled.

When a teacher purchases a Reward on behalf of a student(s), they can update the Fulfillment status to help track when the Reward is received by the student.

Any Reward that is purchased by a student will immediately show in the Pending Tab.

The three options offered for Fulfillment Status are Fulfilled, Fulfill Later, and Schedule.

  • Fulfilled is the default Fulfillment Status, this status indicates that the Reward is fulfilled at the time of the purchase.

  • Fulfill Later indicates that a Reward will be fulfilled at an unidentified date in the future.

  • Schedule allows you set a specific day that the Reward will be fulfilled, great for class parties or school dances.
