Sneak Peek: Upcoming Features!

This article gives you an early look at LiveSchool's new Student Shopping and Teacher Stores. These features aren't live just yet. We'll let you know as soon as they're available on your LiveSchool site!

A carefully designed Reward system is key to motivating students with LiveSchool Points, but once the menu is designed, the next step is to keep up with the Rewards. That's where LiveSchool's Fulfillment App comes into play. All rewards purchased by students on their Recap will automatically appear on the Pending tab. Additionally, when you charge a reward, you have the option to mark it for later fulfillment or schedule it for a specific date.

Fulfillment Options

When a Reward is charged by a staff member, three options are offered regarding its Fulfillment Status: Fulfilled, Fulfill Later, and Schedule.

  • Fulfilled is the default Fulfillment Status, this status indicates that the Reward is fulfilled at the time of the purchase.

  • Fulfill Later indicates that a Reward will be fulfilled at an unidentified date in the future.

  • Schedule allows you set a specific day that the Reward will be fulfilled, great for class parties or school dances.

When the Fulfillment Status is set for Fulfill Later or Schedule, the Reward will appear on the "Pending Tab" of the Fulfillment Table. All those that were set to be Fulfilled at the time of purchase will appear on the "Fulfilled Tab".

Any Reward that is purchased by a student will immediately show in the Pending Tab.

Understanding the Pending and Fulfilled Tabs in the Fulfillment App

The Pending tab in the Fulfillment App will display all Rewards that are left to be fulfilled or received by a student. This includes all rewards marked Fulfill Later or Scheduled during checkout by a staff member or any reward purchased by a student on their Recap.

Pending

For any Rewards still waiting on fulfillment, this table can be used to refund, schedule, or fulfill them.

You can select one or multiple students, utilizing the sort and filter options to help, and then choose from the Action Bar to complete the action.

  • Choosing "Refund" will remove the Reward from the Fulfillment table and refund the student's bank account.

  • Choosing "Fulfilled" will move the Reward from the Pending tab to the Fulfilled tab.

  • Choosing "Schedule" will update the line on the table to include the date the Reward will be fulfilled. Once that date is here, the Reward will still need to be marked "Fulfilled".

Use this tab to stay up-to-date and organized when it comes to any rewards that students have not received yet.

Fulfilled

For any Rewards that have been fulfilled, this table can be used to refund or unfulfill them. This is ideal if an event was cancelled or if inventory ran out for an item.

You can select one or multiple students, utilizing the sort and filter options to help, and then choose from the Action Bar to complete the action.

  • Choosing "Refund" will remove the Reward from the Fulfillment table and refund the student's bank account.

  • Choosing "Unfulfilled" will move the Reward from the Fulfilled tab to the Pending tab.

Use this tab to keep track of when and who fulfilled each reward.

Sorting and Filtering in the Fulfillment App

Sorting and filtering in the Fulfillment App can help to pinpoint specifics related to a Reward. This can be helpful to bulk mark a Reward as fulfilled or refunded.

Sorting/Filtering Options:

  • Student - by first name or by Roster

  • Grade - by grade level as it's listed in LiveSchool

  • Reward Name - by Reward name

  • Purchased By - by teacher name or date

  • Scheduled Date (Pending Tab only) - date the Reward is scheduled to be fulfilled

  • Fulfilled By (Fulfilled Tab only) - the teacher/admin who fulfilled this Reward
