General Store Questions
If I open my store for student shopping, does it open for every store in the site?
No. The Student Shopping feature is a per-store setting. This means you can choose to open or close the School Store independently of any Teacher Stores, and each Teacher Store can be opened or closed by its owner.
On a student’s Recap, they will see if a store is Open or Closed and only be able to purchase rewards from stores that are Open.
What is the difference between the School Store and a Teacher Store?
The School Store is a single store managed by school administrators for all staff and students to access. Teacher Stores are unique to individual teachers, who manage their own rewards for the students on their shared rosters.
Fulfillment Questions
How do I track which rewards need to be fulfilled?
All rewards that students purchase on their Recap and any rewards that staff mark as "Fulfill Later" or "Scheduled" will automatically appear on the Pending tab of your Fulfillment App. This gives you a central place to see all unfulfilled rewards. What do the fulfillment statuses mean?
Fulfilled: The reward was delivered to the student immediately upon purchase.
Fulfill Later: The reward was purchased, but it will be fulfilled at a later, unspecified time.
Scheduled: The reward was purchased, but it is scheduled to be fulfilled on a specific date you set.
Teacher Store Questions
Will my students use a separate bank account for my Teacher Store?
No. Students have a single bank account that holds all the points they've earned from any staff member in the school. The points they use to purchase rewards in your Teacher Store are drawn from this one, school-wide account.
Why can a specific student see my store on their Recap?
Your Teacher Store is only visible to the students on a roster that is showing on your My Rosters tab in the Roster Picker. If a student can see your store, it means they are currently on one of those rosters.
To remove a student from being able to access your Teacher Store, either remove them from the roster that’s showing on your My Rosters tab or hide the roster so none of the students on that roster can view your Teacher Store.
Can another staff member charge rewards from my store?
No, other users cannot see your rewards when they go to the Charge Rewards tab.
