Navigate to the Timeline
If you need to refund a Reward for a student, you first need to access the Timeline. To do that, either:
Go to the Rewards screen, select the student, and look for the "Timeline" option on the Action Bar and select it.
2. Click on Insights and select Timeline.
Delete the Reward Transaction
Once on the Timeline, filter for Rewards and/or the Student who purchased the Reward and click the Red X.
If multiple students were selected during the Reward purchase, each will need to be deleted individually.
