Refund a Reward

Undo or delete a student's Points if they decide they don't want a Reward, or if a Reward was purchased by mistake.

Navigate to the Timeline

If you need to refund a Reward for a student, you first need to access the Timeline. To do that, either:

  1. Go to the Rewards screen, select the student, and look for the "Timeline" option on the Action Bar and select it.

Click the student name and click on the Timeline.

2. Click on Insights and select Timeline.

Go to Insights and then Timeline.

Delete the Reward Transaction

Once on the Timeline, filter for Rewards and/or the Student who purchased the Reward and click the Red X.

Filter for Rewards and the student then click the red x.

If multiple students were selected during the Reward purchase, each will need to be deleted individually.
