View Purchase History through the Timeline
To download a list of who's purchased a reward, go to Reports > Timeline in the sidebar.
Click Add Filter, choose By Reward, and search for the Reward you're interested in. You can pick a whole store to see everything bought from it, or pick individual rewards.
When you apply the filter, only purchases of that Reward will be displayed, which includes all students and teachers. You can narrow things further by clicking Add Filter again and stacking on another filter. Each filter appears as a chip, and clicking the x on a chip removes it.
Choose the time period you're interested in using the date control in the top right corner, which shows your current range, such as Year to Date.
You can then click Download in the top right to download a list.
View Purchase History through the Fulfillment Table
The Fulfilment Table defaults to "My Rewards", before pulling the list, remove the filter.
Additionally, you can download a list of who's purchased a reward from the Fulfilmment Table.
Just as in the Timeline, add the filter "by Reward". Continue to add additional filters to narrow down your search.
You can then click Export in the top right to download a list.
