Clear the LiveSchool Cookie in Microsoft Edge

If you’re having trouble logging into LiveSchool, clearing your browser cookie can help reset your session.

Follow the steps below using Microsoft Edge.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Developer Tools

    • Right-click anywhere on the page.

    • Select Inspect from the menu.

  2. Go to the Application tab

    • In the Developer Tools panel, click Application.

    • On the left side, expand Cookies using the drop-down arrow.

  3. Clear the LiveSchool cookie

    • Select the LiveSchool cookie (you’ll see it if you’ve logged in before).

    • Right-click the cookie and choose Clear.

  4. Refresh and log in again

    • Perform a hard refresh of the page.

    • Enter your email and password to log back into LiveSchool.

Tip

A hard refresh usually means holding Shift while clicking the refresh button, or using Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
