When you're experiencing an issue with a technology application, oftentimes it is related to interference caused by your browser's history and the app itself, or that the program simply needs to be refreshed. In most cases, the issue you're experiencing will be resolved by one of the following suggestions.
Please note, while we support the use of other browsers, we find Chrome to be the most compatible with LiveSchool. Most of our suggestions will be specific to that.
Log Out and Back In
To log out of LiveSchool, click on your profile photo or initials in the top, right corner. When the menu opens, select "Logout".

Confirm User Email Address
Any User can confirm which email is in our system by going to Setup > Users and looking in the "Username" column.
Incognito Mode
To open an incognito window (a window free of browsing history):
Use the shortcut "Shift + Ctrl + N" on a PC
OR
Use the shortcut "Shift + Command + N" on a Mac
Hard Refresh
To hard refresh Google Chrome on a PC:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Refresh icon
OR
Hold down Ctrl and press F5
To hard refresh Google Chrome on a Mac:
Hold down shift and click the Refresh icon
OR
Hold down Command+Shift and click the R key
Clear Cache
To clear cache in Google Chrome:
Click on the three dots in the top, right corner of your screen and select "More Tools".
Select Clear Browsing Data and then click Cancel to avoid clearing your entire browser's history.
Choose Privacy and Security from the left-side panel.
Scroll down and click the arrow next to "See all site data and permissions"
Click the trashcan for sites associated with LiveSchool.
Clear Browser History
To clear all browser history:
Click on the three dots in the top, right corner of your screen and select "More Tools".
Select Clear Browsing Data.
Adjust the Time Range to "All Time" and click on "Clear Data".
Restart Your Computer
On a PC:
Click the Start Button or equivalent icon, select Power, and then choose Restart
OR
Hold down the Power Button on your computer
On a Mac:
Click the Apple icon and select Restart
OR
Hold down the Power Button on your computer
Check Your Extensions
Certain AI-related extensions are known to interrupt LiveSchool's ability to load. Brisk Teaching and Merlin have been identified, but there may be more.
To check, click on the puzzle icon in the top, right corner. Disable any AI extensions and try to log into your LiveSchool account.
If you can't disable these extensions, consider logging into LiveSchool in incognito mode or through an alternative browser.
