Step 1:
Go to parent.LivechoolApp.com and click Forget your password.
Steps 2 and 3:
Enter your email and click on Submit.
Once you click submit, you'll receive an email from support@liveschoolinc.com that looks like the one below – click the link to reset your password.
Step 4:
Enter and reenter your new password
Click Submit and your password will update
Still having trouble? A teacher at your child's school can change your email or password for you too. Ask your child to show their teacher these instructions.
