Introduce it to students: a slide or short video
Make it yours (this week, optional). Bring in families (send home the family flyer, available in 13 languages), set up Houses, and train your staff whenever you're ready.
Keep it going (first 30 days). A few light habits: open your store, check Reports, and celebrate wins.
