Access Account Options

Click your profile picture, or the menu icon on a mobile device, to open options for your account.

On this screen, you can:

  • set a profile image

  • sync a device

  • edit your profile

  • including the title that shows for your LiveSchool account

  • change your password

Changing Your Password

Click "Change Password" to change your password to a new password.

Click change password after accessing your account options, enter your current password and what you'd like to set as your new password, then click save.

Resetting Your Password

Select "Forgot Password?" from the Login Screen to set a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can send yourself a forgot password link from the login screen. Just click Forgot Password?, enter in your email, and click send email.

Check your inbox for our forgot password email, or your spam/promotions folder if you can't find it – the email will come from support@liveschoolinc.com – and use the link in the email to reset your password.

Logging Out of Your Account

LiveSchool remembers you on your devices to make it faster to access LiveSchool and give points. But sometimes, this leads to students giving themselves and buddies points if they borrow that device. Just log out before giving them the device using the Account Options.
