Open Developer Tools
Right-click anywhere on the page.
Select Inspect from the menu.
Go to the Application tab
In the Developer Tools panel, click Application.
On the left side, expand Cookies using the drop-down arrow.
Clear the LiveSchool cookie
Select the LiveSchool cookie (you’ll see it if you’ve logged in before).
Right-click the cookie and choose Clear.
Refresh and log in again
Perform a hard refresh of the page.
Enter your email and password to log back into LiveSchool.
Tip
A hard refresh usually means holding Shift while clicking the refresh button, or using Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
