Give a teacher Admin permissions, or update a teacher's title, name, or email.

Only Site Leaders can edit your school's users.

Edit the User Name or Email

Go to Setup > Users > and edit the User Details.

From the Main Menu, click on Setup and then Users. Once you're on the Users screen click the User you'd like to edit to open the User Details page. You can edit the User's

  • title

  • name

  • email

Edit the User's Permissions

Click on Edit Permissions to edit the user access.

From the User Details page you can change the access type of the User by clicking on "Edit Permissions". The chart below describes the access types available to a User.
