A desktop, laptop, or mobile device running the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser will provide the best experience for students, parents, teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders to access LiveSchool:

Supported Device Types

  • PC

  • Mac

  • Chromebook

  • iPad

  • iPhone

  • Android

Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows: 10 and higher

  • macOS: El Capitan and higher

  • Android: 5.1.1 and higher

  • iOS: 15.8 and higher

  • Google Chrome: Latest (Preferred)

  • Safari: Latest

Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration Options

  • Students, teachers, and staff members can access the LiveSchool application through Clever single sign-on (SSO).

Data Syncing Options

  • CSV files

  • Clever

  • Manually through adding, editing, and deleting objects in LiveSchool Setup

Camera Enabled for QR Codes

  • Enable access the camera function when in LiveSchool to allow schools to scan QR codes for awarding Points or purchasing Rewards

  • LiveSchool does not require any additional software to be installed, nor any special hardware beyond the supported devices and browsers listed above.

  • At a minimum, educators will need access to an internet-connected device (desktop, tablet, mobile) with 4+ MBPS connection and a supported web browser running the latest patch.

  • In order to display your House Points Dashboard, you must use a device and browser than can navigate to https://liveschoolapp.com/#/house-points.
