From the left-side menu, select Setup and then Students, once there, click the Download Icon next to "New Student" in the top right corner.
Some users will use the student export to create a mail merge to email out access sheets rather than using the PDFs.
What's on the Student Export?
What You Can View on a Student Export
Students' first and last name and grade
Balance - students' "Bank Accounts" or Saved amount
House - the House Roster(s) on which the student is listed
Access Codes - for the student and two parents
Student and Parent Email - each registered email will appear
Last Logins - if students and parents have created an account, you'll see the last time they logged in
