You need a code from your school to create a LiveSchool account.
STEP 1: Get an Access Code from your school
Your school sends home an access sheet with your student's Access Code on it. If you have not seen one, check with your student first, then with the school.
Your student has one Access Code, and it works for everyone in the family. A mom, a dad, and a grandparent can all use the same code to make their own accounts.
STEP 2: Create your account
Go to my.liveschoolapp.com. If your access sheet has a QR code, you can scan it instead and your code will already be filled in.
Enter your 8-character signup code and click Continue.
You will see Connect to your student's profile. Choose I'm [your student]'s Family Member.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Create a password, confirm it, and click Create Account.
Your password needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
If you already have a LiveSchool account, you will be asked to sign in instead. Your student is added to the account you already have.
STEP 3: Review your weekly Recap email (certain schools only)
If your school has turned on Recaps, you may start receiving a weekly email. Recaps are weekly summaries of your student's Points activity. This is optional and your school decides whether to use it.
When a Recap email arrives, click the Magic Link to see a summary of the last 7 days. You do not need to log in.

WHAT IS LIVESCHOOL?
LiveSchool is an app that helps your child's school create a positive learning environment. Teachers can award points for good behavior and hard work, as well as document negative behavior and comments. By working hard on a regular basis, your child will be able to earn rewards and participate in fun events.
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM?
Research shows that one of the biggest factors in your child's learning is the classroom environment. Using LiveSchool, teachers are able to create a more positive learning environment for your child.
IS LIVESCHOOL FREE?
LiveSchool is completely free for you and your family. You will never see ads in our program and we will never sell your data to third parties.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD IS NOT MEETING BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS?
Work with your child to set goals for better behavior in school. Consider rewarding your child at home for their progress at school, for instance, with allowance or computer time.
WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE TO GET LIVESCHOOL?
You can use LiveSchool at my.liveschoolapp.com from your phone, tablet, or computer. There is also an app called LiveSchool Next, and everyone uses the same one, whether you are a student, a family member, or a staff member.

I HAVE ANOTHER CHILD I'D LIKE TO ADD TO LIVESCHOOL. WHAT CAN I DO?
Each child has their own Access Code. If you have a code for another child, you can add them to your LiveSchool account, and you will see all of your children in one place. If your other child's school does not use LiveSchool, their teacher can sign up for free to start awarding points!
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Volunteer at school to help chaperone a field trip or school dance. If your school has a store where students can use their LiveSchool points, consider donating items or asking local businesses to donate items.
DOES LIVESCHOOL KEEP A RECORD ABOUT MY CHILD?
No. We delete all personal data about your child at the end of the school year unless otherwise requested by the school.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM RECAPS EMAILS?
Recaps are turned on for a whole school at once, so schools cannot choose which families or students receive the email. If an account has been created, that email address will receive a Recap. Unsubscribing is not an option at this time.
