Points and Rewards transactions can be reversed or deleted from the Timeline. You can still view these transactions from the Timeline.
To view deleted transactions:
Navigate to the Timeline by either clicking Timeline in the Action Bar on the Points or Rewards screens, or going to Insights > Timeline.
Click on the Settings icon in the top, right corner and toggle on "Show Deleted".
Currently, you cannot view who deleted a transaction. If more information is needed, reach out the support@liveschoolinc.com
