Edit or delete a comment that was added to a Points transaction.

Edit a Comment

Users with Admin or Site Leader access can edit the comment for any Users. Users with Teacher access only can only edit their own comments.

Once you've submitted a Point, you can edit associated Comments. First, navigate to the Timeline by either clicking Timeline in the Action Bar or by going to Reports > Timeline. Once there, find your transaction and click on the edit icon.

Go to Timeline and select the edit icon.

Delete a Comment

To delete the Comment completely, just delete anything in the text field.

Click the edit icon and remove the text from the text box.

Only the comment on a past Point submission can be edited, not the entire transaction. However, you can delete the entire transaction and submit it again at a date and time in the past. Find those directions here!
