When you're experiencing an issue with a technology application, oftentimes it is related to interference caused by your browser's history and the app itself, or that the program simply needs to be refreshed. In most cases, the issue you're experiencing will be resolved by one of the following suggestions.

Please note, while we support the use of other browsers, we find Chrome to be the most compatible with LiveSchool. Most of our suggestions will be specific to that.

To log out of LiveSchool, click on your profile photo or initials in the top, right corner. When the menu opens, select "Logout".

Click on your profile picture or initials in the top, right corner to open a menu of options.

If for some reason you cannot log back in, check out our article on resetting your password.

Check Your Extensions

Certain AI-related extensions are known to interrupt LiveSchool's ability to load. Brisk Teaching and Merlin have been identified, but there may be more.

To check, click on the puzzle icon in the top, right corner. Disable any AI extensions and try to log into your LiveSchool account.

Click the puzzle icon to the right of the URL bar.

If you can't disable these extensions, consider logging into LiveSchool in incognito mode or through an alternative browser.
